Overview

Duke Energy Generation Services (DEGS) provides integrated energy services to T-Rex Corporate Center, a 2-million-square-foot business park in Boca Raton, Fla. Under the agreement, DEGS operates and maintains the facility’s 5,800-ton chiller plant which provides chilled water and HVAC services. DEGS also provides electric metering and billing services. The business park accommodates office, financial data systems and warehouse activities.
