Overview

Duke Energy Generation Services (DEGS), in a joint venture with SUEZ Energy, entered into a 20-year contract with Eastman Kodak Company to provide energy services to its 1300-acre Kodak Park campus in Rochester, N.Y. This is Kodak’s primary manufacturing site with approximately 125 major buildings.

DEGS provides energy management for steam and electric utility services, and assumed operation of the existing on-site electric generation. Additional services to Kodak include compressed air, electric distribution, project management and engineering support.
